The tools and methods that we use to design, create, manufacture, and deliver plastic bottles, preforms, closures, and handles materialize our goals of providing you with high-quality plastic products and services from beginning to end.

production process

All our PET/rPET products are manufactured through a 2-stage bottle manufacturing process. Both injection- and blow-moulding machines are computer operated and server motor driven. Manufacturing processes of closures and handles include using the latest computerized and server driven injection machines as well as assembly and slitting machines.

Our staff is fully trained in quality standards and product specifications. Our teams are committed to supporting the Quality Assurance team and Food Safety Quality Inspector with each process and product from the moment the plastic enters our premises until the final product is delivered to you. We are also certified with FSSC22000 and Woolworths IBL with which we comply throughout our processes and premises.

Delivery Process

Your products can be collected or delivered, depending on your preference. We offer local delivery services for orders of our standard 12, 22, or 32 pallet configurations. If delivery is within a 50km radius of our factory, it's free! We also offer nationwide delivery (over 200km radius) when ordering a full truckload.

Innovative engineering for the plastic industry.

A project embarked upon with Woolworths resulted in our team having the honour of being awarded the bronze medal for the 2015 Gold Pack Awards.

This engineering innovation, a 250ml custom-designed plastic bottle, is made of 50/50 (virgin/rPET) plastic with an innovative ‘shelf-efficient’ design which saves space whenever aligned, resulting in less transit time and required storage. In addition to this, the positive environmental impacts achieved by the inclusion of recycled plastic was a step in the right direction to make our products and processes more eco-friendly.

A Greener Footprint

Eco-Friendly Plastic

We offer you the option to use post-consumer recycled plastic (rPET) for the manufacturing of preforms and bottles. The aim is to minimize the packaging going to landfills and the demand for virgin materials.

Eco-Friendly Production

The machines we use to manufacture plastic preforms, bottles, closures, and handles are increasingly being updated to handle larger production cycles with more efficiency thereby using less electricity and reducing plastic waste. We also show our commitment to the environment by making use of safe disposal systems of all other materials.

Eco-Friendly Premises

Our premises are equipped with 1,800 solar panels which generate approximately 3,000 kwh per day, 2 electrical forklifts, and natural temperature stabilization in storerooms without the need for air-conditioning to reduce our carbon footprint.
